Does the best coffee come from Hawaii (Kona), Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Sumatra, New Guinea, Jamaica (Blue Mountain), Java, Sulawesi, Tanzania, Kenya, Zimbabwe or Ethiopia? While the Coffee Movie doesn't put an end to this debate it does inspire the passion that with freshly made coffee anything can be accomplished. A special thanks to all of those that have supported the Coffee Movie documentary project and those who nominated it for various awards. We also would like to thank all of the volunteers that spent countless hours behind the scenes to make the science of coffee and filtration easy to understand. While our film didn't meet all of the requirements for consideration at the Sundance Film Festival as a short documentary we have hopes that it will be considered in 2008. We also hope that this film will inspire new top tier films on the topic of coffee consumption in North America and its part in American history! |
